This year while working with Starlight we helped to bring the ideas of London based artists Annie Morris and Idris Khan to life.
In quintessential Annie Morris style, she designed the top part of the tree in brightly coloured stacked circles that contained up to 1200 LEDs each.
Idris Khan designed the base consisting of four 2.5m wide infinity mirrors. Each mirror displayed “Merry Christmas” illustrations designed by Khan in different languages from around the world.
The result was a beautiful optical mirage that one could easily get lost in.
