Just before the new year, 3D Eye was commissioned to help bring the world of Moana 2 to life for its long-awaited premiere event.
Our team constructed a series of immersive props including Moana’s iconic raft, a set of bamboo banners, and several of the mischievous Kakamora characters. The Kakamora were sculpted from polystyrene and wrapped in real coconut hair, giving them an authentic, tactile finish. The raft was built from timber, set against stylised polystyrene waves that added movement and energy to the scene.
